Diverse composition: Chardonnay 100%
Vineyard: At an altitude of 600 meters in Sidirochori, Kavala.
Soil: Stony, barren and clayey.
Climate: Mediterranean with mild winters and cool summers.
Harvest: End of August. Average yield 600 kg/ha.
Vinification: Cold extraction, Alcoholic fermentation in a 225 liter barrel.
A part of the fermentation took place in French oak barrels.
Aging: 12 months in french oak barrels
Organoleptic characteristics: Its presence is bright with an intense golden
yellow color. On the nose, floral aromas quickly take their place, followed by notes
of caramelized hazelnuts. It is a wine that pleasantly surprises with its liveliness
and freshness in the mouth thanks to itsgood acidity. Its taste combines vanilla,
elegant wood and hints of baked bread with the aromasof citrus fruits and
especially citrus which are its main characteristic. Enjoyed at 12 to 14 degrees.
Its rich and delicate character can be combined with many foods and different cuisines.
