Diverse composition: Syrah 35% – Xinomavro 35% – Merlot 30 %
Organoleptic characteristics: Rosé produced with direct
crushing grapes of the Merlot, Syrah and Xinomavro varieties in
low temperature to preserve the freshness of the fruit.
This is followed by slow fermentation lasting some weeks. Wine with beautiful
pale pink color, clean and clear, with a refined blend of aromas
of white flowers, citrus and spring fruits.
Aromas: gooseberry, raspberry, peony flowers
Its taste is cool and balanced without lacking it
necessary liveliness and the fruity character of mango and
cherry, with a slightly metallic aftertaste.
