The wine is then matured with three different techniques, 40% in 225-liter French oak barrels, 30% in tank, and the remaining 30% in 4-ton French oak barrels, for a period of 12 months.<br \/>\nFinally, the wine is aged for 4 months in the bottle to enhance its complexity and character. Upon pouring, Silver 2018 exudes a beautiful deep ruby color that sparkles in the light. Its aroma is complex and captivating, with distinct notes of black fruits, chocolate, and toasted bread that reveal the wine&#8217;s full body and aging potential. On the palate, Silver 2018 is delicate and well-balanced, showcasing a unique mineral complexity that is typical of the Kavala terroir.<br \/>\nIts tannins are velvety and smooth, leading to a long and satisfying finish that lingers on the tongue.
